How Does It Work?

In short, instead of replacing the wheel with a whole new one, we remove the tyre, clean the inside of the wheel and then re-bond the polyurethane.

You will receive bespoke tyres on standard wheels, as we offer a huge range of hardness’s from 72 Shore A up to 60 Shore D.

So, depending on what use your wheels are being used for, they will require different hardness and traction.

Our “Superflex”, which is 87 Shore A, offers extra traction, which is suitable for warm and humid environments, for example theme park rides. We can also supply hydrolysis resistant polys, which are best to use where moisture is present.

We also offer your more standard polyurethane, which is suitable for everyday use and more cost effective than our more complex compounds.

We can also offer rubber recovers in a variety of materials, including; natural, nitrile, silicone and carboxylate. If you require any other special compounds, we do have more available on request.

In the process bearing housing and other miscellaneous machine work is undertaken such as boring out the wheel and putting in varying keyways we also supply bespoke bearings for all our applications.

Once the process is complete, you can either pickup your order, or we also have a re-delivery service available for your convenience.
